You accept these at checkout to confirm your reservation.
- I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and complete.
- I agree to the maximum occupancy set by the verified Hostaway listing and will not exceed it.
- I understand pricing, fees, taxes and discounts are determined by a live Hostaway quote and rechecked before payment.
- I agree to the cancellation policy provided by Hostaway for the direct booking channel, as presented at checkout.
- I accept the House Rules presented at checkout.
- I authorize an estimated 15% refundable security hold to be placed automatically on the card used to book at check-in, separate from my booking total. I will not need to enter my card again. It is a temporary authorization, not an additional charge, and is released after checkout if no damages are reported. The final amount may change if the reservation total changes.
- If my stay includes a wedding or event, I have disclosed it through an event inquiry — a lodging reservation does not conceal an event.
- I acknowledge the rural-property pest, exterior-surveillance and noise-monitoring disclosures on the Policies page.
- I agree to quiet hours (9:00 PM weekdays, 10:00 PM weekends) and to respectful conduct toward neighbors.
