The Estate
A converted equestrian estate on ~12 private acres
Historic stable character, preserved and reimagined as a luxury Hill Country gathering place — where horses once rested, guests now gather.
The Stables at Georgetown is a one-of-a-kind property in Georgetown, Texas, set on approximately 12 acres in the Texas Hill Country. What began as a working equestrian facility has been thoughtfully converted into a spacious retreat while preserving its original character: the horse stalls now serve as private bedrooms, and the riding arena still stands on the grounds.
At the center of it all is a heated saltwater infinity pool and a private blue-and-white tiled spa, both overlooking the Hill Country. Inside, an expansive common room brings everyone together with an 86-inch smart TV, pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, arcade games and a poker table. Multiple kitchens and dining areas — plus outdoor grilling and a large custom fire pit — make feeding a crowd effortless.
Upstairs, a pergola-shaded patio offers seating and sweeping views. With parking for large groups and room to spread out, it's ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings and special events.
