House policies for The Stables at Georgetown
Please review these policies before booking. They help us keep the estate safe, peaceful and welcoming for everyone.
Quiet Hours
- Weekdays (Sunday–Thursday): quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM.
- Weekends (Friday–Saturday): quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
- During quiet hours, outdoor activity and noise must be minimized out of respect for neighbors and the surrounding community.
Outdoor Activity & Neighborhood
- Outdoor activity should remain respectful of neighbors and any applicable HOA requirements.
- Amplified outdoor music and large outdoor gatherings are restricted during quiet hours.
- Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their party.
Event Disclosure
- Weddings, ceremonies, corporate retreats, reunions and any gathering beyond a standard lodging stay require disclosure before booking.
- Please submit an event inquiry with dates, event type, overnight guest count and total attendance.
- A standard lodging reservation cannot conceal an event. Undisclosed events may result in cancellation without refund.
Pool & Spa Heating
- Pool and spa heating are available with per-day pricing, seasonal pricing, and specific January/February rates.
- A minimum number of days and advance notice may be required; admin approval may be necessary.
- Applicable taxes apply. Where no confirmed price exists, guests will see "Request Pool / Spa Heating" rather than an automatic charge.
Early Arrival & Late Departure
- Early check-in and late checkout are available at $50 per hour (plus applicable taxes and fees), subject to availability.
- Requests should be made when booking or by contacting us in advance.
Pets
- Pets may be permitted with prior disclosure and applicable pet fees as determined by Hostaway.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets and must clean up after them.
Additional Guests
- Occupancy is limited to the maximum set by the verified Hostaway listing.
- Additional guests beyond the included occupancy may incur additional-guest fees as quoted by Hostaway.
Parking
- Parking is available for large groups.
- Vehicles must be parked in designated areas and must not block roads or neighbors.
Rural-Property Pest Disclosure
- This is a rural property in the Texas Hill Country. Insects, wildlife and other pests may be present despite regular treatment and maintenance.
- Guests acknowledge this is a normal condition of rural Hill Country properties.
Exterior Surveillance Disclosure
- For the safety of guests and the property, exterior surveillance cameras are present on the grounds.
- Interior private spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms) are not monitored.
Noise-Monitoring Disclosure
- Noise-monitoring devices are installed in common areas to help enforce quiet hours and protect the property.
- These devices measure decibel levels only and do not record conversations.
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation policy is provided by Hostaway for our direct booking channel and is presented for your acceptance at checkout.
- Please review the full policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
Damage Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay.
- A refundable security hold of 15% of the reservation total is placed automatically on the card used to book at check-in. You will not need to enter your card again. This is a temporary card authorization, not an additional charge.
- It is not included in your booking payment or installment balances. It is not charged unless damages or authorized charges are claimed, and is released after checkout if no damages are reported. The final amount may change if the reservation total changes.
These policies are provided for guest information. The binding terms at booking — including occupancy, fees, taxes and cancellation — are those confirmed by Hostaway and accepted at checkout.
