About this stay
There’s a full kitchen, stacked washer & dryer, dining room, full & half bathroom, King bedroom, 2 queen bdrms & 1 twin bunk bed room. Across the breezeway is a King Studio suite with a king bed, living room, dining area, full bath, queen sofa-bed & kitchen. Enjoy a saltwater heated pool & spa. Warm up by the custom oversized fire pit that seats 20+ while stargazing. The Stables in between with 18 king bedrooms and games is not included but is available in a different listing. We give preference to reservations requesting the entire house first. You will be the ONLY group on property during your stay. Heating of pool is $150 daily and hot tub is $75 daily. Early check in or late checkout is $50/hour if available. Prices increase in January and February to $300 and $125 to heat pool and hot tub respectively. Pets are $75/pet/stay
